On 19 September 2026 this blog published a post concerning LUX Property Group, Mr Jamie Neville McIntyre and Mr Shane Leonard Reynolds.
We retract that post in full. It contained allegations about those parties that we did not verify and had no proper basis to publish. We do not stand behind any of them. Nothing in that post should be treated as a statement of fact by Qontaktly about any of them, and we make no such claim now.
Our apology
We apologise unreservedly to LUX Property Group, to Mr Jamie Neville McIntyre and to Mr Shane Leonard Reynolds. The apology is not qualified and not conditional. The post should never have existed. The damage it did to their reputations is our responsibility and not theirs, and we are sorry for it.
The post also said that those named in it had been invited to respond before publication. That was untrue. No such invitation was ever issued. We apologise for that statement separately, because it lent the piece a credibility it had not earned.
Where the post came from
The post was not the product of any reporting by Qontaktly. No member of our staff wrote it, researched it, checked it, or read it before it went live. It was generated automatically by our blog automation from a single third party article published on TechBullion, at this address:
That article reached us through an automated news feed that collects items by destination keyword. We carried out no independent check of anything in it and we contacted none of the people named in it. TechBullion has since removed the article from its own site; the address above now redirects to an author page on that site.
What we have done
The post has been permanently removed. It is gone from this blog, from our index, from our feed and from our sitemaps, and the image published with it has been deleted. We have asked the search engines to remove the cached copies. It was never distributed to any social media account, newsletter, or syndication partner; it existed only here. We will not republish it, or any allegation it contained, in any form.
We have written to the solicitors acting for LUX Property Group, Mr McIntyre and Mr Reynolds to confirm all of the above, and we have offered them approval over the wording of this notice. We have also changed how the automation works so that material of this kind cannot reach publication again.
