  • The project extends Louvre Hotels Group's existing multi-brand hub strategy, which already operates similar paired developments in Wrocław and central Warsaw.

Two brands, one address, 391 rooms near Warsaw Chopin Airport

Warsaw's airport accommodation market grew significantly in June 2026 when Louvre Hotels Group and development partner Sangate Sancak opened a dual-brand complex on Komitet Obrony Robotników Street, roughly 1.5 kilometres from Warsaw Chopin Airport. The site houses two distinct hotels under one roof: Campanile PRIME Warsaw Airport and Première Classe Warsaw Airport, which together welcomed their first guests on 9 June 2026.

The pairing is deliberate. One property targets travellers who want comfort and workspace; the other targets those who simply need a clean, affordable bed close to a gate. Sharing infrastructure across both keeps costs manageable without forcing guests into a one-size-fits-all product.

Campanile PRIME: the larger, more service-rich property

Campanile PRIME Warsaw Airport is the bigger of the two, with 223 rooms. Louvre Hotels Group is rolling out the PRIME designation as an upgrade to its existing Campanile midscale brand, and the Warsaw Airport property reflects that positioning. Rooms include 30-centimetre mattresses, 100% cotton bedding, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and Chromecast connectivity. In-room fitness kits are available for guests who prefer not to leave their floor to exercise.

Beyond the rooms, the hotel includes multifunctional lobby and coworking areas, a city-bistro restaurant with seasonal menus built around locally sourced ingredients, and approximately 800 square metres of conference and event space with catering support. That last feature matters: the airport location combined with meeting facilities makes the property a realistic choice for corporate events that need to draw attendees flying in from elsewhere in Europe.

François Delattre, Vice President International Operations Europe at Louvre Hotels Group, described the concept to TravelWires as "a response to the changing expectations of guests who are looking for not only accommodation but a coherent experience in which comfort comes first, but the best quality-price ratio is also important."

Première Classe: 168 rooms for straightforward stays

The second hotel in the complex, Première Classe Warsaw Airport, offers 168 rooms in double, twin, and triple configurations. The format is intentionally limited-service, focusing on comfortable beds, efficient check-in and check-out, and reliable transport connections rather than extras. The combination means the same site can accommodate a solo budget traveller and a corporate group attending a conference without either feeling out of place.

Both hotels participate in Louvre Hotels Group's Pet Friendly programme in Poland, which allows guests to bring their animals.

Part of a broader multi-brand strategy in Poland

This is not the first time Louvre Hotels Group has stacked brands on a single site in Poland. The company already runs a Campanile and Première Classe pairing on Ślężna Street in Wrocław, and a three-brand hub on Towarowa Street in central Warsaw that adds Golden Tulip to the mix. A separate Golden Tulip property also operates near Chopin Airport. The new complex effectively fills the midscale and budget segments in the airport zone, giving the group representation across nearly its full brand range in one part of the city.

Louvre Hotels Group operates more than 1,750 hotels across 70 countries.

Why it matters for hosts

Independent hotels and guesthouses near Warsaw Chopin Airport now compete with a professionally managed, two-tier product that covers both the budget and the midscale guest in a single location. The most practical response for smaller operators is to sharpen what a large complex cannot easily replicate: personalised local knowledge, flexible check-in arrangements for irregular flight schedules, and genuine neighbourhood character. Guests who want a Warsaw experience rather than a transit holding point are still a distinct and reachable segment.
